About EXPERIENCE Both seasoned professionals, Scott has 39 years as a Napa Realtor and Diane is a 26-year veteran. Scott has served as President of the Napa County Board of Realtors, receiving many awards including Realtor of the Year and the Multiple Listing and Board Service awards. Diane was awarded the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation and both Scott and Diane have been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist Designation (CRS) and are graduates of Leadership Napa Valley. From 1998- Present, Scott & Diane have been individually named to the Coldwell Banker President’s Elite, a membership, based on sales production, and outstanding customer service. Only 4% of the more than 90,000 Coldwell Banker Sales Associates worldwide qualified for the distinguished group. Both Diane and Scott are licensed as California Real Estate Brokers and each is a general partner-owner of Coldwell Banker Brokers of the Valley. Diane was voted “Best Realtor” by the community and is listed in the “Best of Napa and Sonoma Valley” 2005 publication. PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
Diane is Past President of the Kiwanis Club of Napa and Lieutenant Governor for Division 8 for Kiwanis International, Director for the Napa County Library Foundation, Commodore for the Napa Chamber of Commerce, Honorary Board Member for COPE (child abuse prevention & parent education) and a member of Beta Sigma Phi. Scott is on the Board of Directors for the Napa Yacht Club and on the Board of Directors for the River Park Association. HOBBIES
Scott and Diane live on the Napa River and enjoy boating. They have 4
children ages 23, 29, 33 and 38. They also have two grandsons, who are
the apple of their eyes. Scott is an avid skier and scuba diver. Diane
enjoys working in the garden.
